Toykan leads operations and customer success at Massive Bio, building robust processes and dedicated support systems that ensure patients and partners receive exceptional service throughout their journey. He is passionate about removing friction points in the patient experience and fostering long-term relationships with healthcare providers. He drives operational excellence while keeping patient outcomes at the center of every decision. He is a member of the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) and the European Hematology Association (EHA).
