"I've been working hard to find a clinical trial that I may fit into. It has not been easy”
With my recent progession on Lorlatinib, I've been working hard to find a clinical trial that I may fit into. It has not been easy. I am so lucky that recently, I talked to a company that helps people like me. If you register, they will connect you with a clinical trial-even if you don't have progression.

"Massive Bio was quick and insightful in finding me the best clinical trial option."
Massive Bio worked in collaboration with my local treating oncologist to analyze my carcinoma based on my personal cancer treatment information. In one week, Massive Bio's Virtual Tumor Board experts provided valuable insight and an informative medical report to my doctor. Collaboratively, we agreed that the clinical trial Massive Bio identified was the best option to move ahead.

“The initial report and clinical trial recommendations was excellent.”
So far, my experience with Massive Bio has been very positive. My initial interaction with Eric was informative and he provide me with the proper forms to be completed. The initial report and clinical trial recommendations was excellent. The report provided a details summary of my complete cancer medical history including test results, chemotherapy treatments (which revealed an error in the history on file at one medical institution), and procedures. My follow up conversation with Kristin Johnston was professional, informative and educational. She spent a lot of time with me reviewing the clinical trial options, answering my questions on my current chemotherapy treatment regiment, and was proactive regarding follow up and next steps. I look forward to working with Massive Bio on my current cancer journey and hope that they can assist me with combatting and winning this battle.Best partner for cancer.

Clinical Trial Options Currently Available
Massive Bio’s Clinical Trial Matching System can quickly and efficiently prescreen you for thousands of clinical trials and your trial options are personalized under supervision of clinical experts from more than two dozen National Cancer Institute (NCI) designated cancer centers. There are 499 clinical trials actively recruiting and enrolling pancreatic patients in the United States alone. A wide variety of patients are recruited for these trials. For example, advanced stage patients can enroll in stage 4 Pancreatic cancer clinical trials or metastatic trials.
Case Management Team Resolving Enrollment Issues
Just identifying a clinical trial does not mean you will be enrolled. 75% of the time, patients are not enrolled to a clinical trial due to last minute issues. Pre-screening our patients for their clinical trial matches eliminates those last-minute enrollment issues. Thus, Massive Bio’s experienced case management team helps you during site selection, escalation of financial issues to the study Sponsor and/or other matters that may limit your enrollment.
No Need to Travel Until You Decide on A Trial
When you are working with Massive Bio, you know whether you are eligible or not for a specific clinical trial before you start the enrollment process. This is extremely important because more than 65% of the time you may not be eligible to a trial and you would not be informed until travelling all the way to the site. Massive Bio is able to inform you about your screening results before you even go to the site, allowing you to be pre-screened for multiple trials at once.

Regardless of your insurance type, our virtual services find trials close to home to limit travel. With more than 36,000 clinical trials available for cancer patients in the United States, finding the right one for you can be challenging and time consuming.
What is Pancreatic Cancer?
Unfortunately, a majority Pancreatic cancer cases are diagnosed at a later stage of the disease. Only about 15-20% percent of patients being candidates for pancreatectomy (curative surgery) at diagnosis. If surgery is not possible due to metastatic disease (spread outside the pancreas), patients may benefit from systemic therapy, including chemotherapy and clinical trials, aiming to prolong progression-free and overall survival. These treatments also improve disease-related symptoms (relief of pain, jaundice, and bowel obstruction) and quality of life.
